Before I set off I purchased the following supplies:
x8 Asda Shades Ultrasoft individual packets of tissues
x1 Andrex flushable toilet tissue wipes
x4 Packets sensitive anti-bacterial wipes
x24 Imodium tablets instant melts (no need to take with water. Well I figured if I get ill it's because of the water so why would I want to take something that you need to take with water?!?!)
x12 Boots rehydration treatment sachets
I am not going to go into specifics.
All I'm saying is my supply's are in desperate need of being replenished.
And I reckon have lost about 1 stone. Get in!!!
